What this site is
It is the working record of one marketing strategist. Positioning, messaging and the writing that comes out of both. The articles are opinion backed by named sources. They are general, and your situation is not.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Reading it starts no client relationship. That begins with a signed agreement. Never with a web page.
The numbers on the site
Every figure carries its source and its year in the sentence that uses it. Research ages. Check the original before you build a plan on it, and tell me if you find one that has moved. I would sooner correct a page than defend it.
The case studies
The work described is mine and the results are what happened. Client names are held back by agreement, so the descriptions say the category and the situation and stop there. Past results promise nothing about the next project.
Who owns the words
The writing, the page design and the name Make Them Curious belong to Anant Desai. Quote a passage, credit it and link back, and we are fine. That includes answer engines and anything that summarises the page for a reader.
Republishing an article whole, selling it, or passing it off as your own needs my written permission. Ask. The answer is often yes.
The contact form
Send me a genuine enquiry and I will read it. Keep confidential material out of a first message. Email is an open channel, and neither of us has signed anything yet. The form is for people with something to ask, so leave bulk mail, automated submissions and unlawful use out of it.
Links to other sites
Where an article cites a source it links to it. Those pages belong to other people, who can change or remove them whenever they like. A link is a citation. It isn't an endorsement.
Availability
The site is offered as it stands. I make no promise that it will be reachable at any given moment, and no promise that every page is free of error. Where the law allows it, I am not liable for loss that follows from using the site or from acting on something you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because no term can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, the protections your own law gives you still stand.
Changes
Terms change when the site changes. The date at the top says when this version started. Carrying on with the site after that date means the new version applies.
