I’m an engineer 👨‍💻 turned marketer 📣 whose journey has been a tech-fueled rollercoaster ride. As a software developer, I found my passion in front-end projects, dedicating myself to crafting exceptional user experiences.

However, my innate marketing flair couldn’t be contained → I embraced my true calling and became a digital marketing specialist who seamlessly combines technology, UX, and disruptive marketing ideas ⚡️ at the ❤️ of every campaign.

Here’s the journey that traces my life → a sports-loving, adventure-seeking individual who gracefully evolved from a software engineer, fond of frontend development, to a multifaceted, disruptive marketer.

School life
  • My academic journey had its ups and downs, especially when it came to physics, maths, and chemistry (let’s just say those subjects had a knack for playing hide-and-seek with me 😥).
  • However, I always found joy in the world of technology, spending countless hours exploring computers, tinkering with hardware, and coding up a storm.
  • Fun Fact 😉: My tech proficiency and troubleshooting skills often earned me the role of the go-to tech support person among friends and family.
  • Excelled in extracurricular activities, particularly sports like cricket, volleyball and chess, showcasing agility, teamwork, and a competitive spirit.
  • Discovered a passion for event management, volunteering for school and community events and finding joy in helping create memorable experiences.
Engineering
  • Pursued a degree in Computer Engineering, where I discovered the joy of putting logic into action and coding software that could make a difference.
  • Thrived in the fast-paced challenges of hackathons, where creativity and problem-solving skills were put to the test.
  • Showcased my love for cricket by proudly representing our college team, where we bonded over victories, laughter, and shared passion for the sport.
  • Undertook an exciting project where I utilized the power of jQuery to create a robust web application, introducing Google Map functionality to enhance user experience.
  • Fun Fact 😉: Our innovative use of Google Map functionality set a new standard, catching the attention of fellow students and industry professionals.

  • Deciding to pursue an MBA in Marketing was a clear choice, fueled by a genuine passion for understanding and connecting with customers on a deeper level and my innate ability to excel in persuasive promotion.
  • Found genuine enjoyment in studying marketing subjects, particularly diving into books like ‘Marketing Management’ by Philip Kotler and ‘Understanding Consumer Behavior’ by J. Paul Peter.

Professional life

Started as a sales guy, closing deals and understanding customers:

  • Developed strong interpersonal skills and built lasting relationships while representing the company, sealing the deal with finesse.
  • Adapted to diverse customer needs, gathering market insights and shaping product strategies to deliver maximum value and drive sales.
  • Mastered the art of understanding customer behavior, recognizing the key to success lies in meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

But then, an opportunity knocked, and I ventured into the world of marketing:

  • It was the moment I had been eagerly awaiting, and I jumped at the chance…
  • Applied data-driven methodologies to craft captivating marketing campaigns, tailoring messages that resonated with specific target audiences.

Soon, I found myself in a marketing management role, and there was no turning back:

  • It’s black coffee ☕.
  • From bean to brilliance, I not only brew a mean cup but also let its electricity fuel my creativity 😀.
  • Here’s my way of brewing a perfect Americano (using an AeroPress): 15 g coffee (dark roast Arabica beans; finely ground texture) to 200 g of water (85 to 90°C) + inverted setup + two classic filters (wet). Sip, savor, and let the fun begin 😉.
